Since flaxseed oil is highly sensitive to heat and light, it's crucial to store it properly. Use a dark glass bottle and keep it in a dark and cool place, such as your kitchen cabinet. This will help preserve the oil's quality and prevent it from degrading.

Coriander

Coriander or cilantro, is believed to have certain benefits for thyroid health due to its high mineral and vitamin content. Dhania water or coriander seeds soaked in water, consumed in the morning is considered beneficial for thyroid health. Dhania leaves are also known to aid digestion as they are light and easy to digest.

To prepare coriander water, you can take a teaspoon of coriander seeds and boil them in hot water. Alternatively, you can soak a teaspoon of coriander seeds overnight and drink the water in the morning. It is recommended to consume Dhania water on an empty stomach daily.
