1. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
- Minimum Usage Duration: The product(s) must be used continuously for 90 calendar days, with no gaps, skips, or interruptions in dosage.
- Recommended Dosage: The customer must follow the exact dosage instructions provided on the label or by the consulting Purely Yours doctor.
- Doctor Consultation: The purchase must have been made post consultation with a certified Purely Yours Ayurveda doctor.
- Compliance with Prescription: The customer must follow all prescribed lifestyle and diet modifications as advised during the consultation.
- Purchase Validation: The product must be purchased directly from Purely Yours official website or verified teleconsultation channel. Orders from marketplaces or unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
2. Proof of Compliance Required
To request a refund under this guarantee, the customer must provide:
- A copy of the purchase invoice or order ID.
- Screenshots or photographic evidence of product usage over 90 days (e.g., empty bottles, date-stamped photos).
- Confirmation of consultation from Purely Yours doctor (date and name of consulting doctor).
- A signed self-declaration confirming adherence to dosage, diet, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Submission of any prescribed diet or lifestyle charts provided during consultation, if applicable.
3. Ineligibility
You will not be eligible for a refund under this policy if:
- The product was not used consistently for 90 days.
- Dosage or usage instructions were not followed as prescribed.
- Recommended diet or lifestyle changes were not followed.
- Purchase was made without doctor consultation, or from unauthorized sources.
- Refund is requested before 90 days or after 100 days from the delivery date of the product.
- You have already claimed the guarantee for the same product previously (one-time claim per product per household).
4. Refund Process
If you meet all the above conditions, you may raise a refund request by contacting us at care@purelyyours.com with the subject line: 90-Day Guarantee Claim – [Order ID].
Once your documents are reviewed and verified:
- The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Right to Deny Claims
Purely Yours Ayurveda reserves the right to reject any claim that does not fully comply with these terms or appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
